finished his study in electrical engenering at the University in Ljubljana.

Vasja Doberlet took up photography as a hobby when he was a student. He
finished his study in electrical engenering at the University in Ljubljana.
Vasja Doberlet started exhibiting his photographic works in 1968.
He was active for12 years but then had to interrupt his photography until 1998 when he returned to his photography.
He achieved AFIAP in 2002 and KMF FZS (Candidate Master of Photography
at the Slovenian Photographic Sociaty) one year later in 2003.
His first experiences were in nature photography and mountain landscapes.
Later he became interested in life and sport photography.
Recently he discovered the opportunities that digital treatment of
photographic work offers.
He is currently chairman of Photoclub Janez Puhar Kranj, in Slovenia - a very
active amateur photographic club.
