Eric Goh, joined PSA in 1987. He has since actively participated in 3 salon Divisions, namely Colour Print, Colour Slides and Photojournalism. In 1991, he achieved 5 Star Ratings in Colour Slides within a short span of 3 years. He earned a place in the Top 25 Overseas Exhibitor in 1988.
Eric Goh is currently the President of Singapore Colour Photographic Society (SCPS). Under his able leadership, SCPS International Salon, now in its 19th year, has constantly gained much honour and respect from overseas participants for its fine show and attractive catalogue.
Eric held 4 One-Man Exhibition in 1991-2003 and donated all income from sale-of-works to charitable organizations. His photographic works appeared in leading magazines and also graced the cover of PSA Journal in 2003. A number of his works are now in the PSA Permanent Collection.
Eric has been Country Representative for Singapore since 1994. It was continually renewed till this date, which is now renamed International Representative (IR)of PSA. Eric and his team successfully organized the 3rd exhibition featuring the best works from PSA IRs after Taiwan and Texas. A fine catalogue of this best collection was also produced at this exhibition.
For his untiring promotion of PSA to his peers and photo enthusiasts, Eric was conferred Associateship (APSA) in 1998, which he collected in person . Eric also gave a slide-show during the Orlando convention on Asian images.
Coupled with his service to community, Eric was conferred the Singapore Youth Award in 1993 by the Prime Minister of Singapore and the Nation ‘s prestigious Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore in 1998.
